Delta Consulting started November 2014 and has already grown to two (2) clients since inception of the business.  Delta Consulting is headed up by Desirée Lourens, an exprienced transformation specialist specialising in Social and Labour Plans and associated Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) social calender compliance aspects.

 

With her vast experience in the field, she has come to learn through the years that Social and Labour Plans are crucial to the business and the business's transformation drive as it focusses on the key transformation aspects namely Human Resources Development (HRD) Programmes, Local Economic Development (LED) programmes and Closure and Retrenchment Management programmes.

 

What sets Delta Consulting apart from other consultancy firms out there is the company's approach to the implementation of a sound transformation management framework. A functional transformation management framework instilled within a client's company, is key to the success of the project from commissioning of the project until the end goal has been achieved.  Throughout the project, executive coaching of SLP Champions are included and ensures continuation of the transformation drive following implementation of the project.
